Gerry's listing at 6945 Vesper Ave. wasn't typical of most. This particular property was featured on HGTV's "Designed To Sell"! So leading up to the open house hadn't been that different - the homeowners were getting their home ready for sale. That meant tidying up and clearing out the clutter. Only they happen to have enlisted the help of interior designer Lisa LaPorter and her construction crew. Oh yes... and a TV crew documenting the entire process with the very charming host, Mr. Clive Pearse.
